Thank you for your interest in booth rental at The Quilted Bear! For over 20+ years we have been the number one outlet for selling handmade gifts and décor and we are always looking for new products to add to our exceptional product mix. If you believe you have a great product and would like to sell your items in an exciting and profitable operation, let us help—you’ll be glad you did!

If you are interested in renting a booth your products must be submitted for approval. Please complete an application here where you will be able to submit pictures of your items.

If you would rather have us review your products in person, each store offers that option:

    •             Draper – Please fillout the standard online application or send pictures and add your information to an e-mail to:
    •             Ogden – Please email or call 801-621-0760 and speak to Darren for an appointment
    •             Provo – Every Tuesday from 11:00 – 2:00 – no appointment is necessary

Either way, acceptance into each store is based upon:  item variety (what is already in the store),  product quality, price,  and available space.

Booths are leased in six month increments (or three months at a time with a higher monthly booth fee). Prices and sizes vary within in each store but they generally start at about $85.00 a month for a 2x4x6, (two feet deep, four feet wide and six feet tall) and go up to $500.00 for a very large space. We retain between 11-13% commission if you sell handmade items or 15-17% if you sell retail (something you buy, mark-up and re-sell). There is also a refundable security deposit that is equal to one month’s booth fee due at signing.
